We wanted to come up with a way to say THANK YOU for choosing The Ridge as your Smoky Mountain Camping and Glamping Destination.  This program is not valid on any reservations with an arrival date prior to 1/1/2022.

Make sure to pick up your Ridge Loyalty Card at the Registration Desk on your next visit to The Ridge, beginning 1/1/2022. We will not postdate a card for any past stays or reservations.

The rules are simple:

Loyalty Card Member must be the reservation holder and present at Check-In WITH Loyalty Card. Example: If the Loyalty Card is in John Smith’s name, John Smith must be THE name on the reservation and John Smith MUST be the person checking in. We will not endorse any card that is not following this rule. 

One Ridge endorsement per paid reservation at Check-In by Ridge Team Member.  Reservations will be eligible for an additional endorsement after each 7 night period. (ex. – staying 1-7 nights – 1 endorsement, staying 8-14 nights – 2 endorsements, 15-22 nights – 3 endorsements, etc.).   Guest must bring card in for additional endorsements after every 7th night.  

Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced until they have been filled. 

Lost Cards will not be replaced with Ridge stamps, Loyalty Membership will have to start over from the beginning. 

Receive a $100.00 Gift Certificate Towards a New Reservation after Your 10th Reservation (after Card has been filled)

The Ridge Outdoor Resort reserves all rights with the Loyalty Program, Rules, and Memberships.
