Monthly Rental reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to arrival. Offered on Premiere Sites Only.
Cancellation Information
- 30 Day Cancellation Policy on all Monthly Rentals
Cancellation Policy for Monthly rentals: from the date of booking, you may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive your deposit back. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited entirely. No refunds or rain checks will be given.
